Reflexology is widely used across the world as a form of alternative medicine. It is believed that there are reflexes in the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to every part of the body. Here at the Green Yoga Spa we pride ourselves on the results and feedback we hear and see from our clients. Nelson Beck, certified reflexologist, uses pointed pressure on exact reflex points in the foot that can effect muscle aches and pains as well as the entire organ system. The effects are sedating to the nervous system. Improving circulation, assisting in relief from digestive problems, and providing a better nights sleep are just a few.
